The Speaking
The first landmark in the human history was the ability to speak, to transmit ideas and knowledge through the speech. This was the base from wich the following advances were build.

The Writing
The discovery of the writing as a form to register the knowledge for accessing them in a quickly and safety way was the second step. In addition to this, the knowledge durability and consistency were much greater than the oral transmission.

The Press
The discovery of the press was another qualitative jump. The knowledge now would be available in a more fast form and would arrive at more people. When automating the production of great amounts of a same content the people could dedicate more time to create new knowledge.
